The machine is simple to use with pre-sets and treatment protocol for each function. All the presets are just recommendation from factory, and you can also setup parameters as you prefer.

Yes the gel is needed during treatment. The machine does not come with gel. The gel is the normal type and you can easily get it in your local market.

Suggestion 1: 10Hz Frequency, 150mj Energy, 1000~1500 shots per session, 3~4 sessions as a course, 3~4 days sessions interval.
Suggestion 2: No fixed Frequency or Energy, setup the parameters based on patients’ tolerance to the shock intensity and your handpiece pressing intensity. 5 sessions as a course and 3 days as sessions interval. Treat twice for each session and 2000 shots each time.
