Yes, we handle shipping to Los Angeles by sea, including customs clearance and import taxes. Final delivery is handled by FedEx.
Sea DDP: We are responsible for door-to-door Sea Shipping, including customs clearance and import taxes on your side. There are no extra costs for you — all you need to do is wait for the package to arrive. A tracking number will also be provided. Estimated delivery time: 30 days after placing the order.
Air DDP: We are responsible for door-to-door Air Shipping, including customs clearance and import taxes on your side. There are no extra costs for you — all you need to do is wait for the package to arrive. A tracking number will also be provided. Estimated delivery time: 20 days after placing the order.
DHL DAP: We are responsible for door-to-door DHL Express Shipping. Import duties and taxes (if any) are not included and shall be paid by the consignee upon arrival. A tracking number will be provided. Estimated delivery time: 15 days after placing the order.

There are certain situations where full refunds are granted:
- All your packages were rejected and returned by your customs
- All your packages were missing during transit
- We rejected your order due to various reasons
Once above situations are confirmed by us, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund will be exactly same as the amount you paid. The refund can be sent back only to the original payment method and funds are usually available within 5-10 business days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
