Most popular pneumatic ballistic radial extracorporeal shockwave therapy system on the market

Used for sports injury recovery, rehabilitation therapy, chronic pain relief, cellulite reduction, erectile dysfunction.

Radial extracorporeal shockwave is powered by a compressor. Comparing with electromagnetic shock wave, radial extracorporeal shockwave performs better with faster speed and higher energy.

What makes the PSW unique

  • 3 types of heads available: flat, focus and radial

  • 11 treatment heads with 5 different sizes for different treatment parts

  • Powerful shock energy up to 6 Bar with faster shock speed up to 21Hz

  • Easy to change bullet and maintain

  • Can be used for ED therapy

Below demo videos are from doctors who using PSW with perfect results:

PSW: Pneumatic ballistic extracorporeal shockwave therapy machine
ShockWave PRO: Electromagnetic shockwave therapy machine
Difference: Pneumatic ballistic shockwave is powered by a compressor. Comparing with electromagnetic shockwave, pneumatic shockwave performs better due to faster speed and higher energy, but much more expensive.

Yes, bullet and tube are consumables, see their photos below:

2 bullets and 2 tubes are included in package. If you need more, order additional ones here:

You can simply replace the bullet and tube by yourself as the videos below:

I recommend you PSW pneumatic shockwave therapy machine.

For best results for lower extremity, e.g., foot, ankle, i recommend you PSW, the pnuematic shockwave system especially for bones and joint.

The quality of this machine is good enough to work in clinical setting, of course you can use it multiple times for multiple patients every day.

The biggest head (photo as below) you mentioned is newly added and mainly used for shallow tissue layer, it’s better for skin treatment than working in tendons or bone, and patients usually feel obvious pain while using this head. The other 11 black heads penetrate deeper and patients commonly feel comfortable.

Newly added shockwave therapy tip

Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy or ESWT is an 20-minute non-surgical procedure used to cure chronic plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, tennis elbow, shoulder tendonitis, and other chronic tendinopathies.

ESWT benefits patients because their condition can be treated extracorporeally, meaning outside of the body.Since ESWT is non-invasive, there is no lengthy recovery period, virtually no time off from work or risk of causing further damage.

ESWT is one of the few technologies that performs best on people with chronic conditions that did not respond to conservative traditional therapy. ESWT accelerates the body’s own healing process in a number of ways:

  • Through a process called cavitation, ESWT stimulates fibroblast and tenocyte production. Fibroblast or tenocyte cells make up your body’s connective tissues, such as tendons and the fascia.
  • ESWT diminishes pain by over-stimulating the nerves that send pain sensations to the brain.
  • The procedure can break down pathological calcification deposits (also known as a spur). Depending upon your condition this may or may not be the goal, but an interesting by-product. In all cases, ESWT is targeted at the condition that caused the spur, not the spur itself.

No! The chronic sufferer has new hope with ESWT. Long-term sufferers finally have a non-surgical treatment option. If you have “tried everything” don’t be discouraged, this is a new weapon against your pain!
