There are certain situations where full refunds are granted:
All your packages were rejected and returned by your customs
All your packages were missing during transit
We rejected your order due to various reasons
Once above situations are confirmed by us, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund will be exactly same as the amount you paid. The refund can be sent back only to the original payment method and funds are usually available within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Instead of full refund, we can send you new machine again for free if you never received your order due to various reasons (rejected and returned by your customs, missing package, etc.). No extra cost paid by you!
No, the price on our online shop is Ex-works price, and the shipping cost is not included, cause the shipping cost to different countries may differ. But you can add the product in your cart, and the shipping fee will be automatically calculated by the system.
In most cases, we use DHL Express (door-to-door) to ship your order fast and safely. But sometimes we may also use FedEx Express (door-to-door). Anyway, we will always choose the best shipping method for you.
If your credit card payment fails after multiple attempts, it could be due to spending limits, insufficient funds or requiring bank approval. Contact your bank for assistance or try another credit card.
